Perimenopause in your 30′s
If you open a medical dictionary and search information about menopause, then you will see that it is a phase in a woman`s life when she has experienced one full year withour menstruation. And then if you look for perimenopause, than you will understand that is a phase in a woman`s life which leads up to the menopause. It generally begins in a woman`s 40`s or 50`s.
