The best thing about the program is the high level of accountability you get. For every meeting, you are required to inform the group how you did in terms of progress. This can be a huge motivator to work hard.

The most dangerous is probably ephedra. Ephedra has long been used by the Chinese as a cure for respiratory ailments. In the 80’s it was even used as a weight loss supplement.
